Account – A registered User profile on the Platform
Transaction – Any purchase made on FanWear
Payment Processor – Third-party providers such as CCBill
Texas Law – The laws of the State of Texas

“Include,” “includes,” and “including” mean without limitation.

Suitability for any purpose

Purchasing collector items is at your own risk.

7. Orders And Payments

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processors. By placing an order, you:

Understand that orders cannot be canceled after processing

12. Creator Items And Representations

Creators are solely responsible for:

Accuracy of item descriptions
Authenticity claims
Truthful representations
Legal compliance
Tax obligations

FanWear is not liable for Creator misrepresentation.

Creators must indemnify FanWear for claims involving:

Counterfeit or stolen items
Inaccurate descriptions
Trademark misuse
Unsafe items

13. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers agree not to:

Harass Creators
Attempt to contact Creators outside approved channels
Misuse or redistribute images or content
Make fraudulent chargebacks
Bypass platform systems
Infringe intellectual property rights

14. Creator Accounts (Future Functionality)

FanWear will provide future Creator Account features. Creators may be required to:

Upload product details
Verify identity
Accept the Creator Agreement
Comply with item and tax requirements
Track and manage inventory

FanWear may suspend or terminate Creator Accounts for violations.

15. Platform Operations And Restrictions

We may:

Modify or discontinue features
Limit access to functions
Remove content
Monitor for fraud or abuse

We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted service
Error-free operation
Compatibility with all devices
Zero downtime

16. No Professional Advice

FanWear does not provide:

Legal advice
Financial advice
Authentication guarantees
Appraisal valuations

Buyers rely on Creator representations at their own risk.

17. Data Handling And Privacy

FanWear processes personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

Users consent to:

Electronic notices
Processing of transaction metadata
Retention of anonymized transactional data

18. Suspension And Termination

FanWear may suspend or terminate accounts for:

Fraud
Harassment
Violations of these Terms

22. Mandatory Pre-Suit Mediation

23. No Class Actions
