Refund & Return Policy
Because FanWear sells unique, worn collectible items, we enforce a strict no-return policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene regulations, collectible nature, and creator-worn status:
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refunds
- Store credit
- Cancellations after an order is placed
This applies regardless of:
- Size concerns
- Buyer’s remorse
- Changed mind
- Sensory expectations
- Misinterpretation of product use
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within 48 hours:

Include:
- Order number
- Photos of damage
- Packaging photos
We will investigate and may issue a replacement or refund only if required by law or shipping insurance.
3. Wrong Item Received
If we ship an incorrect item, we will correct the order at our expense.
4. Chargebacks
Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with:
- Order logs
- IP records
- Payment processor records
- Delivery confirmation
- Customer communication history
We take chargeback fraud seriously and may pursue collections or legal action.
