Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) outline the behavior expected of all Users on FanWear, including Buyers, Creators, and guests. They are designed to protect the community, maintain a respectful environment, and ensure safe participation in FanWear’s memorabilia marketplace.

Violations of these Guidelines may result in:

  • Content removal
  • Listing restrictions
  • Account suspension
  • Permanent bans
  • Loss of platform privileges
  • Legal reporting when required

All Users must follow these Guidelines at all times.

1. Core Principles

All Users must follow these fundamental values:

  • Respect — treat Creators, Buyers, and staff with professionalism
  • Honesty — provide truthful item descriptions and personal information
  • Safety — do not endanger others or expose private data
  • Integrity — avoid fraud, deception, or platform manipulation
  • Compliance — follow FanWear’s Terms, Policies, and applicable laws

Violation of these principles may result in account action.

2. Respectful Conduct

Users must:

  • Communicate respectfully
  • Avoid offensive or abusive language
  • Follow all instructions from FanWear staff
  • Treat Creators as human beings, not objects
  • Maintain healthy and appropriate interactions

Users may not:

  • Harass Creators or Buyers
  • Use slurs, threats, or hate speech
  • Engage in stalking, intimidation, or bullying
  • Send unwanted communication
  • Encourage others to harass or attack a User

Any harassment results in immediate enforcement action.

3. Protection Of Creator Privacy

Users may not:

  • Attempt to identify Creators’ private details
  • Search for home addresses or workplaces
  • Ask for personal contact information
  • Dox Creators
  • Share or post private Creator information
  • Encourage others to uncover or spread personal data

FanWear places extreme priority on Creator privacy and safety.

4. Prohibited Content

Users may not post, upload, transmit, or share content that includes:

  • Illegal activity
  • Hate speech or extremist content
  • Threats or violence
  • Harassment
  • Fraud or scams
  • Self-harm encouragement
  • Pornographic material (FanWear is not an adult-content platform)
  • Discriminatory language
  • Defamation
  • Malicious falsehoods
  • Spam, unsolicited promotions, or advertisements
  • Misinformation intended to deceive

Content violating this standard will be removed.

5. Prohibited Behavior Toward Creators

Buyers and Users may not:

  • Pressure Creators to interact outside the platform
  • Attempt to purchase items off-platform
  • Demand discounted or free items
  • Engage in unwanted personal inquiries
  • Request inappropriate behavior
  • Attempt to build parasocial or unhealthy relationships
  • Threaten chargebacks to coerce behavior

Creators may report abusive behavior at any time.

6. Prohibited Behavior By Creators

Creators may not:

  • Misrepresent the authenticity of items
  • Submit counterfeit goods
  • Sell stolen property
  • Harass or threaten Buyers
  • Manipulate or deceive Buyers
  • Provide misleading origin stories or claims
  • Hide significant defects
  • List prohibited items
  • Engage in platform circumvention

Creators who violate these rules may lose access to FanWear permanently.

7. Marketplace Integrity

Users and Creators agree not to:

  • Circumvent FanWear fees
  • Conduct off-platform transactions
  • Create multiple accounts for manipulation
  • Artificially inflate item popularity
  • Artificially manipulate ranking or visibility
  • Post fake reviews or testimonials
  • Disrupt platform functionality
  • Abuse referral systems or promotions

FanWear monitors for abuse and may implement automated or manual reviews.

8. Intellectual Property Compliance

Users may not:

  • Copy or reuse FanWear product photos
  • Repost Creator images without permission
  • Upload copyrighted materials they do not own
  • Use FanWear branding without written approval
  • Forge or replicate digital or physical signatures
  • Sell unauthorized merchandise

Intellectual property theft is grounds for immediate removal.

9. Safety And Security

Users may not:

  • Access accounts without permission
  • Attempt to hack or exploit vulnerabilities
  • Introduce malware or malicious code
  • Interfere with platform systems
  • Attempt to scrape or harvest data
  • Use bots or automation tools
  • Impersonate FanWear staff or other Users

Security violations result in permanent bans.

10. Prohibited Items

Creators may not list:

  • Illegal goods
  • Counterfeit apparel
  • Items containing bodily fluids
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items prohibited by payment processors
  • Firearms or weapons unless explicitly pre-approved
  • Stolen or unlicensed merchandise
  • Items designed to harm or intimidate

FanWear may remove any listing at its discretion.

11. Buyer Conduct Expectations

Buyers must:

  • Conduct themselves respectfully
  • Understand all sales are final
  • Not misuse chargebacks
  • Not resell items deceptively
  • Not bully or coerce Creators
  • Not submit false claims or evidence
  • Not weaponize support tickets to harass Creators

Violations may lead to loss of purchasing privileges.

12. Community Interaction

FanWear encourages healthy community engagement. Users may:

  • Ask questions
  • Engage respectfully with creators
  • Provide feedback
  • Participate in promotions

Users may not:

  • Start drama or hostility
  • Encourage mob behavior
  • Spread misinformation
  • Create burner accounts for harassment
  • Organize coordinated attacks

13. Reporting Violations

If you observe a violation, report it immediately:

support@fanwear.vip — Buyer-related issues
creators@fanwear.vip — Creator-related issues

Reports should include:

  • A description of the issue
  • Screenshots or evidence
  • Username(s) involved

FanWear reviews all reports in accordance with the Complaints Policy.

14. Enforcement Actions

FanWear may issue:

  • Warnings
  • Temporary suspensions
  • Permanent bans
  • Listing removals
  • Payout holds
  • Feature restrictions

Severity depends on:

  • The seriousness of the violation
  • Prior history
  • Evidence quality
  • Safety risk

Zero-tolerance violations may result in immediate permanent bans.

15. No Evading Enforcement

Users may not:

  • Create new accounts to evade bans
  • Use VPNs to bypass restrictions
  • Transfer listings to another account
  • Attempt to rejoin after permanent removal

Evading enforcement leads to immediate termination of all associated accounts.

16. Updates To These Guidelines

FanWear may update these Guidelines at any time.
