If FanWear launches a referral program, Creators and Users will be notified, and specific settings or dashboards will be provided.

1. Definitions

For purposes of these Referral Terms:

• Referring User – A User who invites or refers a Creator or Buyer to FanWear through an official tool
• Referred User – A User who joins FanWear using a valid referral link or code
• Referral Reward – Any credit, payout, bonus, or commission incentive FanWear offers
• Referral Period – The time window during which the Referring User earns rewards from the activity of the Referred User
• Referral Link / Code – The unique link or code generated by the Platform for referral purposes

FanWear may modify these definitions when launching the program.

2. Eligibility For Participation

To participate in any future referral program, Users must:

• Have an active, verified FanWear account
• Be at least 18 years old
• Comply with all FanWear policies
• Not be suspended or under investigation
• Not have violated any payment processor rules
• Not have previously engaged in fraud, manipulation, or spam activity

FanWear may revoke eligibility at any time.

3. Referral Rewards (If Implemented)

Referral Rewards may include:

• Monetary commissions based on Creator earnings
• Store credit or discounts
• Promotional payouts
• Limited-time bonuses
• Tiered reward systems
• One-time signing bonuses

FanWear will specify:

• The reward amount
• The reward structure
• Payment schedules
• Any limitations

Rewards are not guaranteed until officially launched.

4. Referral Period

If the program is launched, referral rewards may be limited by:

• Time-based rules (e.g., 12 months, 24 months)
• Activity-based rules (e.g., only on certain Creator sales)
• Revenue limitations
• Geographic restrictions
• Program participation rules

FanWear will disclose the Referral Period at launch.

5. Prohibited Referral Activity

Users may not:

• Create multiple accounts to self-refer
• Mislead individuals regarding earnings potential
• Engage in spam, mass unsolicited messaging, or deceptive promotions
• Use paid ads to promote referral links without approval
• Misrepresent FanWear’s brand, Creators, or offerings
• Use referral links in prohibited online communities
• Attempt to manipulate referral tracking systems
• Harvest personal data for referral use
• Share referral links in ways that violate community guidelines

Violations may result in:

• Removal from the referral program
• Loss of earned rewards
• Account suspension or termination
• Legal action where applicable

6. Reward Calculation And Payment

If the program launches, payouts may be:

• A percentage of Creator earnings
• A flat-rate bonus
• Tiered based on volume
• Store credit
• Promotional credits

FanWear may deduct:

• Payment processor fees
• Chargebacks
• Compliance holds
• Taxes where required by law

Rewards may be delayed during:

• Investigations
• Verification checks
• Policy reviews

FanWear may withhold rewards if any fraud or manipulation is detected.

7. Termination Of Referral Eligibility

FanWear may terminate a Referring User’s eligibility for reasons including:

• Fraud or suspicious activity
• Violations of FanWear policies
• Misuse of referral links
• Harassment or misconduct
• Attempting to circumvent program rules
• Self-referrals or duplicate accounts
• Providing false or misleading information
• Encouraging policy violations

FanWear may invalidate earned rewards at its discretion.

8. Modification Or Discontinuation

FanWear may:

• Change referral structures
• Modify rewards
• Pause the program
• End the program entirely
• Update terms without notice

FanWear has no obligation to maintain historical reward structures.

9. No Transfer Or Assignment

Referral rewards:

• Cannot be sold
• Cannot be transferred
• Cannot be assigned
• Cannot be combined across accounts
• Cannot be inherited or gifted

FanWear may allow exceptions only in writing.

10. Taxes

Users are responsible for:

• Reporting rewards as income
• Paying applicable taxes
• Compliance with local tax laws

FanWear does not provide tax advice.

11. No Guarantee Of Earnings

FanWear does not guarantee:

• That referrals will sign up
• That creators will earn money
• That referral rewards will be substantial
• That the program will remain active

All participation is voluntary.
